Breakwater is committed to supporting local fisheries and farms, and whenever possible, we source our seafood and other ingredients locally. We strive to purchase the highest possible quality, and when local products are unavailable, we rely on trusted domestic suppliers who meet our standards. Due to the nature of seasonality, daily availability, and purveyor supply chains, exact origin may not always be verifiable.
